The Kombucha mushroom represents a symbiosis of microorganisms with a multitude of beneficial effects. Originating from China, it has been consumed since the Qin dynasty. Ingredients: green tea, Kombucha powder (malt dextrin, spring water, cane sugar, green tea), blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry leaves, lemongrass, calamus root, dandelion buds, flavor.

"Genmaicha" means natural rice. This specialty is made from 50% Bancha tea to which roasted rice grains are added. Its incomparable taste bears the hallmark of the mildness of Bancha tea and the sweet aroma of rice with nutty and caramel accents.

The base of this specialty is the carefully harvested leaves of semi-fermented tea which are then combined with fresh jasmine flowers during the drying period. The light yellow color of the infusion is complemented by the intense bouquet of jasmine. Ingredients: semi-fermented tea, jasmine flowers.
